All-in-one unit for flexographic plate up to the size of 66x81 cm (26”x32”)
Concept 201 C is a complete integrated unit that can manage the entire flexographic production cycle for 66 x 81 cm format plates: exposure, washing, drying and finishing. These features make the Concept 201 C the perfect choice for restricted spaces, which are typical of the “narrow-web” market and for label-making operations. They also include an efficient hydraulic system, automated controls for all functions, programming for all values and for operating cycles and a viscosity meter for monitoring residual polymers in the washing solvent.
All of these features are accessible via an effective and user-friendly touchscreen which allows the user to control all operating functions

Innovative processing system Washing system with two rotating and oscillating brushes and a finishing brush. Able to develop any type of plate, digital or analog, of any thickness, without having to adjust the height of the brushes. The cleaning brush enters in function at the end of the processing cycle, thanks to a sophisticate pneumatic system and released a plate which is thoroughly pre-dried and free from any residual solvent.
