Concept 205.1 C is the very new generation for an integrated unit especially designed for the entire flexographic production cycle for 66 x 81 cm (26”x32”) size plates: exposure, processing, drying and finishing.
The Concept 205.1 C has been fully designed to reflect the market demand focusing in very high quality production of digital flexo plates.
• Exposure bed with cooling system;
• UV-A output of 25 mW/cm2 for the most advanced exposing section;
• Processing system with 4 rotating brushes to reduce the processing time;
• Separate pumps, pneumatic valves and solid content measurement device with dosing pump grants the user to benefit of the better solvent condition during the use of the machine.
• The insulation of the dryer’s drawers gives a better temperature uniformity and reduces the time of the dryer.
